  • I've been here twice for iPhone 4S fixes (microphone and ear speaker broke when I dropped the phone) and had excellent, expedient service. They charged about $50 each time which was much cheaper than shelling out $650-$800 for a new phone. Junior, the rep who helped me today was efficient and friendly. He made sure my phone was fixed within the 2 hour timeframe he quoted. My only advice to the company would be to have more space and more reps available in the store to handle the volume of customers. There was about a 10-15 minute wait time due to how busy it was. Still five stars though, no complaints.
