Phone system and administrative staff follow up is a lacking. Love the doctors but they have a BIG MISS in customer service on the front and back end of the office. Very unprofessional in the lobby area as you can clearly hear the staff mucking it up, then if you call to get service the phone tree and when you finally get a live person the staff passes you on to the next person with no seemingly interest in trying to find out why you are calling. No one wants to OWN the patient request and satisfy your request when you call. Always want to pass it on. Have been told someone will call you by end of day and then NO CALL. Frustrating when you need a prescription and pharmacy has not been called and they don't call you back to help. POOR customer service. Business must be good or they would not treat patients this way. Considering they charge a $60 annual fee to be a patient I would call this customer abuse as when I started using them many years ago they were very good but have seemingly lost their way. I am looking now for a better alternative. Someone that want me to be their patient rather than someone the wants me to feel like it is a privilege to be their patient.
