  • I have been a member for some time; I like it for the most part, however, it takes far too long to get issues taken care of with the machines and especially for the facilities. The hot water was out for 2 weeks this last time with no warning sign to idicate it was out. I pay a monthly fee to use all the facilities and should get better resolution than that!
