  • We stayed here from a Monday to a Wednesday....booked the "Julius" tower and my first impression was that it was very nice and new! But it stops there! The next morning at 6:30 a.m. they started construction on the floor above us! Apparently they hadn't finished construction on that tower and just decided to book rooms anyway! I mean.....are you serious? So we call them and they give their standard apology and an offer to switch rooms! Fine, that works. However, they do not switch rooms until after 11 a.m. The room we were given was in the "Augustus" tower which was nice. But it wasn't ready until after 4:30 p.m. and we kept having to call and check on it! Overall, not impressed with them. Which is disappointing because we have stayed there in the past with no issue. However, we will not be staying there again! On to the next!
