rev:text	I Was a loyal customer. But I literally had 5 nails pop of in one week!!! Went in twice to have them fixed. I had a 6th nail I knew was lose but he refused to put a new one on needless to say I got fungus!! When I told the manager/owner my nails were popping off he said "you are banging them too much, Mind you I have had my nails for a VERY long time and never had this happen. So I decided this would be my LAST visit and when you pay cash you get a little pink chip worth $1 well I had 7 and was going to use them up as they have no customer compensation for the poor service to add insult to misery you cannot use them UNLESS you pay CASH!!! At the very least they should have let me use the BUT I should have been given half off the service for the issues I had!!! Oh and some of the techs have absolutely NO personality!!! What ever happened to customer service?? One girl seemed to care but still did nothing.....
