wish I could give negative stars!!!!
Front desk does not lack customer service since it is inexistent.
Front desk man had no clue about how to make a call to Montreal using payphone.
1) told me I could use American change to make a call- I could not and he would not exchange my coins.
2) payphone asked for a "card" and not coins at all to make a call- I asked him what card I needed he just told me to use American coins and that he had no idea what card I was talking about- tried to explain to him that the payphone did not accept American coins
3) I asked to pay for a phone call using the hotel phone. He said I could not.
4) yelled at me saying that I did not know how to use a phone.
luckily a gentlemen overheard my problem and was so appalled by the rudeness of the front desk man that he offered me his cell phone.
what a joke of a front desk- never have I experienced suck a terrible reception at a hotel. I hope management at least trains him on how to make a phone call using a payphone.
stayed at other motel 6 where they were nice and helpful- will never stay at this motel 6 as long as this front desk man is there or issue is resolved.
