  • I'm really shocked that this restaurant was raved about in Toronto Life because the food is bland and disappointing. I went back in September of 2017, and I'm not sure if it was just an off night, but our meals were not good. We tried about 4 dinner items on a very limited menu. I'm pretty sure I had a squash risotto and it tasted very strongly of vinegar - like something went rancid. The staff and host are amazing, friendly and informative and the decor is right up my alley. I'm a big fan of this little block of the city so I'm hoping to come back soon and have a fabulous experience because I'm seriously am wondering why so many people recommend this spot.
