  • Everytime I shop at this store I come out extremely frustrated. If you need to use handicap, often there are no buggies for shopping. Where is the staff that sees to this & CLEANS up the garbage outside. I agree with every negative review of this store - it's filthy - who do I contact to complain about this??? I'd sooner pay a few $$$s more & shop in a friendly, organized, clean store w/helpful staff. As of yesterday I will be doing that; it was soooo dirty I felt like throwing up in the egg section. If it's like this for us to see; what's it like in the back - yikes!!! At least I've never had food poisoning as I don't buy fish or any meat there ever. Hopefully Save-On-Foods will come out this way soon; or do a big shopping at Safeway on 10% day & also get a $10 off coupon on future shopping. I occasionally go to Heritage SS if I'm going to the farmers market or Costco & do find this store way cleaner, neat & more cashiers; but it's out of the way for weekly shopping. Yes, the store definitely needs SERIOUS help - tear it down. Where are the food inspectors???
