  • I stopped in a few months ago and was greated by Edgardo. I informed him I was shipping my xbox back to the factory with a prepaid label. I needed packaging material to ship it out and he wrapped it up, put it in the box and even printed the label for me as I do not have a printer. I asked him how much I owed and he said nothing. I was shocked. Gotta love that kind of customer service. I am returning today to buy some items and forgot that I never sent my review in. Whenever I get the chance I always use local small business and he did not let me down. If you ever need to ship anything out, go see Edgardo and he will take awesome care of you.
