  • All the stylists are very nice and super talented. I've been going to Paula for years to have her help me (safely & beautifully) bleach the absolute crap out of my hair. She is by far one of the most talented colorist I have every been to and thus my loyalty to her remains strong. I have been almost every color of the rainbow and always end up going back to my platinum blonde color which is no easy feat. The salon is tucked away in a strip mall located right next door to NYPD pizza, which is great because during my long bleaching sessions its easy to get lunch while I wait. The looks of the salon are deceiving. Scottsdale salons typically have an upscale appearance that often results in an uptight attitude by staff. Hair Stalgia is clean, fun and homely with great staff that greets you as you arrive and wave good-bye to you as you leave regardless of you not being a client of theirs. There are multiple salons located around Hair Stalgia, but if you want quality and sincerity you must give this salon a try! I recommend scheduling an appointment with Lisa and Don. Yes, Paula is amazing, and you should book with her, but don't cause then it will make it harder for me to book an appointment with her, kidding (well, kinda).
