  • As with all chain establishments the product quality tends to be spot on because of the simple fact that they have it down to a science. I had gotten some iced coffee and it was great, just as it always is. I also purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts for my office and was told they were good as well. So I suppose what people would be looking for in a review about this place would be the other intangibles. The customer service was awesome! Even early in the morning you can find friendly smiling folks brewing coffee, taking orders, and cooking up breakfast sandwiches. Even with long lines this place is a model of efficiency.
