  • I arrived at Snow Nails at 6:11 PM on a Wednesday. The sign clearly said OPEN and it was listed on the door and on yelp that they closed at 7. I walk in and there were two workers, and one single customer who looked like see was about 5 minutes away from being done. The employee who wasn't doing anything told me they were done for the night. I pointed out the time and as well as the sign on the door saying "Walk In Welcome" he told me they had an appointment coming in and that they wouldn't have time to do my nails. How does that make any sense at all? I walked out and I came down the street to AZ tip and toes where all the nail technicians were occupied with customers but they were still able to do my nails even though they closed at 7 PM as well. I understand arriving at 6:55 PM and turning me away, but I think this situation it was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I'll never come back regardless of the reviews this place has!
