Horrible customer service during pickup. The employees were dismissive and unwilling to help in a timely manner. After 10 minutes of waiting for a unity candle rental, the employees were lost and had poor documentation. They spoke to my husband very condescendingly. After they placed the candle at the front of the store, one of the leads decided not to assist and was, instead, on the phone without explaining the situation. My husband was asked a so many questions just for them to say they couldn't release After the wedding, they wouldn't accept the return without the original paperwork. The process is convoluted and idiotic. Luckily they accepted the candle when my father in law went and spoke to the manager. The manager was helpful but the lead at the register was a hindrance and an embarrassment to customer service. Our experience with this location is such that we cannot recommend this hobby lobby for rentals.
