  • I joined this lovely COOP after many months of debating whether or not belonging to COOP Coco would be advantageous for me. After all, I have little interest in making my own soap. Oh my goodness, why, why why did I not join earlier!?!?! I could have been benefiting from buying my household liquid soap in bulk. As someone who is always looking for ways to cut down on my family's carbon footprint and more specifically our plastic waste, I was thrilled to see that I could buy liquid dish soap and laundry detergent in bulk, refilling my plastic containers ad infinitum. Not only am I making a difference, albeit small, in landfill waste, the bulk liquid soap selection is wonderful and competitively priced: all natural, SLS-free soap, paraben-free, organic, unscented, laundry soap which is ideal for babies.... whatever you are looking for, they have it! Who knows, buying my soap from here may spark an interest in making my own soap and then perhaps I may sign up for one of their many soap-making classes. By the way, COOP Coco membership fees are really reasonable, but it is not necessary to be a member to shop here.
