Made an appointment for service at 1pm today and was told I'd have a repair window of 5-7 ... I was then called at 4:29 pm to get notified that the technician took off the rest of the day and they can't help me until Tuesday. I have no heat. Understand it's the holidays but it's not a holiday today...Had I known I would have been able to call another provider earlier in the day when they are open... clearly not a company you can trust to repair expensive equipment or rely on service if they can't even commit to appointments. Very disappointed.
