  • Rude, unprofessional staff exhibiting poor customer service at this company.... I made the mistake of having my father call Arizona Falls to schedule an estimate for pool project in our Las Vegas vacation home. The individual on the phone was extremely rude, condescending, commented on whether my father knew how to speak english and then had the nerve to hang up on my father. Completely disrespectful, impatient individual on the phone. If the estimator has the nerve to act like this during the scheduling of an estimate, I can only imagine the hell this company could potentially put us through during the project. If Arizona Falls has a problem with this review, please do feel free to contact me on here. In the mean time, we will use our cash with another pool contractor with a better reputation and customer service.
