Hotel was clean but a little tired, nothing major, a few nicks and dents around the room and hallways. A little elbow grease and touch up paint would have gone a long way. Nice to have a full kitchen and fridge, although we didn't use the kitchen itself, the fridge came in handy for left overs and beverages. Not nice to find an empty bottle of Bacardi in the freezer. The TV was an old flat screen tube TV and the only way to change the channel was to go through the ondemand menu and pick a channel without being able to see whats on the channel. Very annoying and time consuming when you just want to flip through the channels to find something to watch before bed. Location was great, centrally located in the downtown area and 1 block away from Dundas Square. Staff was very polite and helpful. The diner connected (Fran's) was average at best and I would not recommend it. The lobby Martini bar looked nice but I never saw anyone there. Overall I was satisfied with our stay and would probably stay there again.
