  • You can't get your security deposit back, management has always been rude (save one woman, who was actually wonderful) and after talking to the condescending assistant manager who didn't want to listen to me, it must be because shit rolls down hill. The pools are always packed with loud kids who don't live there, parking is a nightmare, complaints are ignored, for the quality of management you get, the price is insane. We had wonderful neighbors, but were paying way too much for what we were getting.
