  • The Euro service dept at Go AZ is awesome. Zac is always professional and does everything he can to make each visit pleasurable. Robey McClellan is awesome. I had an issue with my Monster that could not be troubleshot by another Ducati dealer in the valley. After having my bike non-operational for over 8 weeks I brought it up to Robey and he was able to troubleshoot the issue (bad wiring harness) within a day and get the parts ordered and got my bike running 3 days later. He went out of his way to communicate with me what he did and what he found out, when the parts arrived and when my bike was ready. He is a great tech and does outstanding work. Go AZ also has lots of parts, accessories, events, and anything you could want from a bike shop. Keep up the good work!
