  • Want peppers on your burrito? Sorry, we are out of those and you have to wait 3 minutes. Want lemon for your water? Sorry we are out of those. Need a knife? None in sight. This place is a customer service disaster. Food is scattered all around the food prep area. They are always out of something. It is the farthest cry from at the standard that a Chipotle should have. McDonald's better get into this place and have a firm talk with the the franchisee of this place. It needs a good slap in the face to get its act together. And tell the staff to stop rolling its eyes when customers ask for more salsa when you only put a teaspoon of it on a 10lb. burrito.
