| - Let me first preface this review by saying that Whoever runs customer service, and looked up my photos after I lost my backpack which contained my prints, YOU ARE AMAZING. This place would get 5-stars if only..
...if only the digital copies were HD. They use www.smileflingr.com which compresses the pictures, and what I end up with is a picture I can't print, nor can I even use as a desktop background. HORRIBLE. For $45 I expect MORE than that. At least make it useful on my 27" Monitor...
But in terms of the actual aquarium, I am very pleased. There is a lot to see here, with a lot of state of the art technology that allows us to view our world's marine life. FIsh, otters, sharks, reef, you name it, they've got it.
We didn't get to see some things, due to renovation, or the animals just weren't up to it to be seen by the audience, but that happens everywhere.
The price is a little high for what they provide, but they basically have a monopoly in the desert, and if you can, get a Student Discount, or Military, or Senior citizen, and it comes back within reason.
I'd definitely take this aquarium over the Mall one, any day.
PS: Parents, don't let your kids run haywire, i know its a family environment made for kids, but it doesn't mean that you're not in public. THANK YOU!
PSS: If you send me HD copies of my photos, after all you do use a DSLR, this review goes to 5 stars.
