This place has been my go-to car wash for years. I've brought all of my higher end cars her for a hand wash and the service has been good. Until today. Brought my 2016 Lexus here for a hand wash and wax, picked the car up two hours later, and there was a deep scratch on the drivers side door. The guys tried to buff it out but without much luck. When I expressed my disappointment, the blame was shifted firmly on me, or perhaps the dealer that sold me the new car in February. No apologies, but customer service just bad enough to write a review and no plans to return.
The manager could take a few lessons on keeping good customers. Perhaps ask the customer what would make them happy? A nice apology and a couple of future car washes would have worked.
