  • Got my first Bazillian and Underarms since I've had my girls and boy was it over due! Their location is clean, neat, and professionally staffed. Their staff call to reconfirm your appointments and upon entry are very knowledgeable and polite. The reception staff helped with my intake and even offered a great package deal for a few more services. Even at check out they advised of current promotional discounts that I qualified for. My wait was seconds to none before Shasta came to get me. She was delicate to my needs and very understanding. She held great conversation while providing my services and made sure I was okay throughout the process. Her professionalism was 100! I joked about what she may endure as staff yet she kept it very professional and never commented about past clients. It made me feel great that I wouldn't become staff talk later. She was quick with her services but never made me feel rushed. She later explained a few of their products but never was pushy in making me purchase. I was referred to another business by a friend but so glad I went with yelp reviews and kept my original place. I've already booked my next session with Shasta! She's awesome!
