  • When I found myself in the market for a new SUV, I contacted Infiniti of Scottsdale to inquire about a QX80 they had advertised online. The Sales consultant Bryan Nelson contacted me to advise that the vehicle in question had been sold, but listened to what I was looking for. Later the next week, he contacted me to let me know of a lease return that fit my criteria. During the sales process, Bryan was very engaging and professional, yet not overbearing. Subsequent to my purchase, Bryan did everything he could to ensure my buying experience was all that I wanted and helped me tie up loose ends with the vehicle (ie. Missing floor mat, etc). I would definitely recommend Bryan and Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone seeking an Infiniti vehicle.
