If I could give zero or better yet negative stars I would. I sent my husband a graduation arrangement that was to be a basket of flowers with a flower graduation bear and a mylar balloon. The arrangement showed up last (after his office closed) and was left with another office. I paid extra for a mylar balloon however it was not with the arrangement. The arrangement itself was quasi like (flower wise) the picture except the bear had a PINK bow, no graduation cap or tassel or drapes that said Number One Grad. When I called customer service (which I ended calling 6 different times) all the person could say was "I understand how you feel" Clearly She/He did not as they ruined what was to be a joyful acknowledgement of a great achievement. They offered to re-deliver the correct arrangement what ended up being 3 days later and stated it would be there between 9 and 11 am. At 11:30 I again phoned and canceled the order I had had enough. I requested my money back and had to asked for an email confirmation and of course it will take 3 to 5 days to show up.
