WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Customer service sales representative did not IN ANY WAY mention the fact that my 24 month agreement would double in price the second year! They promised me the NFL Sunday Ticket for TWO YEARS and come to find out that it is actually only for ONE YEAR! Daniel in customer service was horribly rude and
seemed to only care about leaving for the day saying "why haven't you looked at your bill?" and "do you want to cancel or what?" No, Daniel, I want you to fix my account and give what was promised, thank you very much. Apparently, they outsource a third party to reel in new customers and the third party can pretty much just say whatever they want to say to get a contract. Direct TV doesn't even have a phone number to a higher boss to talk to...only an ADDRESS to send a complaint to...that will most likely fall on deaf ears. Charlie (in Boise, ID) was much easier and more helpful to talk to in getting our payment down closer to what it was but was not able to honor the PROMISED NFL SUNDAY TICKET. Ridiculous! Lets just see how long it takes to receive a letter back apologizing for their shady business practices.
Bottom line: The Direct TV company as a whole is being misrepresented by the shady words that come out of their salesmen's mouths. Direct TV should still be held accountable for hiring such dishonest people.
