What a disappointment! I went with a Groupon (so, low expectations). It was $20 for $40 and I thought it was still way overpriced. The food lacked depth of flavor. I got drunken noodles, which just tasted like smoke. There were huge chunks of onion and pepper, with mini shrimp (for $18). This place needs to focus on quality ingredients over quantity (or start charging about $7/dish). The pork dumplings were okay, but dry and a bit bland. It was completely dead on a Saturday night--the reasons were transparent to me.
The ONLY redeeming quality of Pan was the service. The host was friendly and warm, and the waiter was knowledgeable.
