This is probably my favorite burger place in town. I usually go to the other location but this one was good. The service was good. The food is as tasty as I remember.
It's portions/price taste and service hit all the marks.
I typically have to limit my eating throughout the day to properly enjoy this place. Many times I will only go if I have someone to go halvsies with. I've been to a few burger places that charge you $3 for fries and bring you a pretty wimpy portion but bachi doesn't disappoint there either. They have several kinds and you should take note of the type of ketchup or dip yours comes with because you might prefer one over the other. I typically do with the regular, but ppl I've been with love the truffle and sweet potato variety as well. I've had the oxtail several times. They're with trying once but they're not a must have in my opinion.
My favorite burgers are the $12 ones. Miso and kalbi are the ones I clearly remember but I've tried a couple others. Two things 1) doneness - don't go beyond medium well (I personally don't go beyond medium), it's not as flavorful when it loses too much pink 2)less is more - a lot of their burgers have a lot of ingredients but sometimes too much stuff gets in the way rather than compliments. I recommend going with the simpler options.
Note: I've never tried the waygu cuz I don't think my palette is that discerning.
