rev:text	Sent a message on a Friday evening. Owner Brad responded to me within the hour. Brad was great to deal with and we made my first appointment via text message. I was scheduled with a 3-4pm appointment. Brad was running a little late and sent me a message to let me know - a practice I wish more companies did. Brad showed up and explained what he would be doing, then spent the next hour or so spraying our house, moving smaller items from walls and explaining issues and possible future issues to me. I went with a bimonthly service and Brad let me know if there are any issues between visits to let them know and he'll come out and take care of it - he stands behind his work and products he uses. By the time Brad was done, I almost felt as if I was now an expert in AZ critters! Bottom line, if you need a pest control business and want the best at a great rate, you NEED to call!
