| - After paying $4,500 for new Head gaskets. I picked my car up and it drove sluggish.
I took it back and they said, " we put old spark plugs and wires back inside." Then they wanted $200 for new ones. That should have been discussed at time of service.
"I mean after all, why put old parts with new ones ". Regardless I paid again. Once I drove car home after new plugs and wires. I noticed 1 day later the car was leaking oil or something. I took it back for the 3rd time. They said, " It was a transmission as well as Rack and pion leak." I couldn't afford that at the time so I left. The next day I noticed another leak that was clear. I took it back for the 4th time. They said, " They didn't tighten a hose properly."
Well if they couldn't do that properly, what else couldn't they do righ? So I was fed up with the lying and bad customer service from Gallo and the rest of shop. I mean I work very hard for money. So I felt I needed a 2nd opinion. I took it to the GMC dealership. It cost me $150 for a diagnosis. So after paying the results concluded.
ATS did not clean oil from Head gaskets replacement. So they lied in order for me to spend another $1000 for Transmission as well as Rack and pion. I'm very disappointed in company. I've wrote complaints to the Better Business Bureau, the DMV, Channel 8, Channel 13, Face Book, Twitter, and 5 local Unions. I will never recommend them to anyone.
The sad thing of it all is. "I really thought they did a good job until I faced problems and got lied to about problems." They key thing to remember from this is make sure to get second opinion. Make sure they have common sense!
