Last year, I was in dire need of cutting my really, really, really long hair. It was a bit damaged as well and I had a ton of split ends, quite embarrassing.
So I decided to chop it off about shoulder length. Michaela had done my hair and she was amazing, she understood what I wanted and she also did it the way I wanted in some of the pictures I had showed her.
A few months later I came back and wanted to cut it shorter only because my left side was shaved down to the skin last year and it was in this awkward stage of growing and every time I tied my hair, you see this short patch of hair on my left side so it looked a bit odd, definitely not the way to go. So that is why I decided to go back to Michaela (Because she's amazingly awesome) to cut it shorter into a bob/A-line cut just so my left side can blend with my whole head.
The whole process of getting a haircut is pretty much amazing. You let them know what you want then you get your hair shampooed and conditioned and the best part is the massage. I kid you not. Then you get your hair chopped off. Michaela is so down to earth and easy to talk to and there was never those awkward silences that you get when you cut your hair at a salon. I definitely recommend going to her! Dead Serious.. Hehe.
