  • I love this location. I used to go to fashion square but the girls there are so rude and not helpful at all. The past few times that I have come here to Biltmore I received great service. Rachel helped me today and grabbed me what I needed as I browsed but still checked on me as she was assisting another customer. Usually good service is hard to come by but she was amazing! It takes a lot for me to give a five star but she deserves it. Friendly and helpful? Yes please! Go see Rachel.
