The cakes in this place are amazing but the service just does not match up to the cake quality unfortunately. Especially at the Richmond Hill (Hwy 7) location the staff there are just plain rude. I walked in and asked the lady what small-sized full cakes were available and the lady plainly just said "what you see at the bottom of the fridge is whats left" and went on to serve another customer that wasn't even ready to order. I then remembered i was once told from a friend that they have cakes available in the back that needed to be defrosted if I wanted a full cake, so I asked the lady if this option was still available. She rudely snapped at me while rolling her eyes saying "uhh yes...you never said thats what you wanted, so what do you want?" As a customer service provider are you not supposed to offer your customers all options available at your store when they ask you what is available in the beginning and not wait for them to interrogate you with questions until you're frustrated at them. The lady reluctantly gave me the menu and told me to step to the side to look at what cakes there were while she continued serving another customer although the store wasnt even that busy. All in all, the staff need to lighten up and provide service that equates to the cake price and quality.
