  • I wanted to thank you for responding. I may take you up on the free cleaning. I wanted to let you know that this is the 2nd time booking here as opposed to making an appointment at the service center. The service center goes to great lengths to insure they don't dirty your vehicle. Cloths on the seats a steering wheel. The last time which I didn't review the mechanics left grease on my steering wheel. I'm not disappointed with Ford, just concerned about getting my leather all messed up.
