I went to Modern Dental when it was first Baker Family. When I went back for my 2nd appt they had notified me they changed ownership & changed the prices. Which was fine but unfortunate because I had budgeted the other prices. The Dentist was kind and let me make payments. The issue came when I received my first bill and was sticker shocked. I called them up and said they were still waiting for insurance to set in so I could wait. So I was ok with that & went on with life. Long story short they never got back to me about insurance picking up the rest and sold my balance to a collection agency. I am irritated that they couldn't even call me to let me know why my insurance was giving them such a hard time. Now dealing with a collection act on my credit thanks to poor communication.
