I was so disappointed with this place.
First, I want to say that the staff are very friendly and accommodating which is a huge plus. But I get really irritated with establishments for the following reason:
I was looking for somewhere new to go to do homework and grab lunch. I popped onto Erie's website to peruse their menu and found a delicious sandwich I wanted to try, so I figured I'd make the trek down to East 4th. Upon arrival, I notice that my dream sandwich was not on the menu, nor was there anything remotely similar. When I asked the barista she responded that their website hasn't been updated in a year. I have no patience for establishments that can't bother to keep their websites up to date. It's 2010 for the love of god. I was about to walk out and find another place to eat, but the barista was so nice I decided to order something else. I went for their version of a club sandwich...which turned out to be absolutely boring. And it was served with Lay's potato chips. Really?
I give 'em 2 stars for the food, but the service bumps 'em up one star to a three.
