Our trip to Arizona was to see the Cubs play in Mesa and a band in Phoenix. A 2 birds with one stone scenario plus hopefully finding a great to place to stay. The location was ideal, but I must the say the price wasn't! We had the spa suite which was nice but not worth the $719 they're charging. Not to mention the tax and resort fee adding up to an extra $128 p/n. So in reality it was a couple bucks shy of $850 p/n. And for you folks that stay less then 3 nights, add an additional $100 p/n. Maybe my expectations have been raised since staying in Phuket at the NAKA where we had our own pool and private beach for $700 total a night. The Sanctuary will give you an outdoor tub and no view for $850 and then you can drop another $200 at the Element restaurant... Maybe tone back your rates a few notches or step it up with some private pools that sit on the mountain where you can actually see something.
