  • I found a vehicle online and set an appointment to view it with my salesman Brandon. I wasn't impressed with a few small things about the vehicle but decided to try to overlook them and make a deal anyways. I sat down with Brandon and we went over my trade in information. He left the room and what I'm assuming is a sales manager came in. I wasn't expecting someone to come back in so fast so I called my wife to let her know about the vehicle and what was going on. Well when he walked in he rudely asked if he needed to come back when it was a more convenient time for me before even giving me a chance to hang up which was about 4 seconds after he walked in. After that it went down hill. He started the usual overly aggressive salesmen tactics like telling me my trade in is only worth 1/3 of what the trade in value of Kelly Blue Book is. And when I asked him to look it up he became aggressive and agitated. When the value was exactly what I said it was he asked me why I didn't just call Kelly Blue Book and have them buy it from me if that is what I wanted. When I said what the average retail price of my trade in was in the current market he laughed in my face and told me to go get a for sale sign and hang it on my car for that and then come back when I didn't make such stupid decisions. He was referring to owing more than my car was worth since my payments were so low and according to him I should learn to make better financial decisions. Well thankfully I made the decision to leave and went down the street where I was given $1700 more for my trade than he said he would give (oh and that was doing me a favor) and I bought the same year vehicle for $2000 less with less miles and not all the little things broken like the one he was trying to sell. So thank you Mr. Financial Advice Guy, asking me to get out of your dealership with my junk trade in was the best advice I've ever been given. So if you want to go to Mark Mitsubishi make sure you can keep a calm and level head while being insulted..
