  • This was my first time at Kim's Nails and let me say that I am not disappointed at all. My nails are usually pretty much a hot mess, so I get a little nervous about getting my nails done but I figured I would treat myself! I booked an appointment to get a full set of gel nails. As it's Sunday, the salon was quite busy but I was taken in right on time. The serves are comparable to other nails salons I've been to. The staff are all so sweet and friendly, I didn't feel intimidated at all. My nail tech was super chatty and lovely. She was constantly checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape of things. They really do what they can to go the extra mile. While my nails were drying they gave me a lovely neck and shoulder massaged and they massages my hands when I was finished. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Kim's nails! I highly recommend it if your hands need some love!
