Ok well let just say they make this whole transfer thing a pain in my but. Honestly. I moved to cali and moved back. I have been using my mother's car and left my key tag in my car which she is using. She live too far for me to just pick up. So I figure hey they can take my phone number and I am good. So I go and there is an issue that my membership is cancelled. I pulled up my bank record on my phone and showed they have been pulling money out so no it's not cancelled. Turns out that I need to go online and transfer it my self. I told them that won't be for awhile due to my mother having my car and that the key tag is in there. So next day I go in and the guy I normally see knew me and said I was fine. The next day it the guy who told me my membership has been cancelled. He told me that he will take care of the transfer. They next day I come in and it a whole hot mess and I had to explain everything all over. He said just go online and transfer it. I told him no that the manager was going to take care of it. So then the next couple of days later I come in and the gal said I need to fill a little short paper info to sign and said my membership is cancelled. I seriously want to lose my mind bec first off let all be on the same page second of the manager still hasn't done what he said he was going to do. So poor customer service. I wouldn't even give them a star
