  • What a terrible place! I show up on my lunch hour and was told that "if I upgrade, my monthly bill will go down--and if I come back Saturday my upgrade fee, $30, will be waived." So, of course, I made a second trip. This time I'm told, "yes your fee is waived but your bill will go up $10-$15 dollars." I hate you Sprint!
