  • I took a gown in to have the zipper replaced. the estimation the woman gave me was $25, $30 tops. I went back to pick up my gown today and I was really upset that I had to pay $55!!! The same woman was there when I went to pick it up, I knew because I recognized her and I've never been there before, and she denied ever having given me the previous estimate and said she wasn't even there when I had dropped it off so it couldn't have been her. I ended up spending more than twice as much on getting the zipper fixed as I did on the dress in the first place. I'm so disappointed. I won't be going back.
