  • We lost our beloved Petey after 15+ years and were looking for somewhere to have him cremated after having to put him to rest. We called numerous times and spoke with Jimmy most of the time. Someone always answered our call and were always very helpful and explained the process to us. When the day came we drove Petey down to their facility and met with Ryan who was most kind. He showed us the facility and explained everything to us. He gave us time to say goodbye and made us a paw print. When it came time just 2 days later to pick up Petey's ashes, we met Jimmy. He was very gentle and understanding. I would highly recommend Entrusted Pets. They helped us through an extremely difficult time with kindness and did not try to upsell us on processes or memorials. They were also very reasonably priced. Thank you Jimmy and Ryan for your compassion and empathy and treating Petey, my husband and I with respect. We are grateful for your service.
