  • After seeing a couple of positive reviews on yelp, a nice website, and a free mobile service offer, I called and scheduled an appointment to have my passenger window replaced with Dealer. The technician showed up in a van that read "Diamond Auto Glass" which he said they had 'recently merged with.' I called the customer service line twice to no answer to ask to make sure this was true, since that seemed weird after only communicating with a "Dealer" auto glass agency.... After an hour of working on my car he said he could not remove the necessary screws so I had to go with another company or ask my dealership to do it instead and he left...Needless to say, skip it and call your actual car dealer because they were able to do it for me the next day at the same cost for Dealer glass rather than Aftermarket and actually knew the parts they needed to work on my car!
