  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a zero, I would. Ditto on all the negative comments left here. They are scammers. Wish I had time to look them up before I used then, but difficult when you have a water leak and are worried about water damage. Same story. They were recommended by a plumber after a leak. Had them come out and do the work. I was told I would not have to pay the deductible, but of course they renigged on that. They tore up things that were unnecessary and charged almost $4000 to have fans for a few days and to tear up part of a wall and a portion of my flooring. Their estimate to repair the damages was 50% more than the company my insurance recommended (Kalb), which were professional and did a great job. I'm glad I decided to not use Emergency Restoration for the repair work.
