Went for lunch. There was only a small percentage of items that even looked appetizing for me to try. Also this buffet did nearly nothing to try to separate itself from even low end vegas buffets which is a shame considering its one of the top MGM resorts in Vegas. No crab legs for lunch, no made to order waffles or crepes, not even a gelato station. They did have a made to order pasta station but I found the options of what could be made there half hearted.
On a positive their flank steak had great flavor and their carved new york loin roast was well above par as far as buffet carving roasts go. Also you couldnt go wrong with the large cocktail shrimp.
