  • I called John to ask for a quote on cleaning three bedrooms, steps, and a hallway and he came out 48 hours later in the timeframe he said he would. He was polite and professional and provided a very reasonable quote before we agreed to have him clean the carpets. He uses a low moisture cleaner and for those who are skeptical, don't be. My carpets are already close to dry and it's been an hour. No gallons of leftover water sitting in the carpet and pads and my carpets look great. All chemicals are organic and not harmful for my dog and cat, as well as my baby. The machine was quiet and the job was done beyond well. I would recommend John any time.
