My grandmother is a patient here. Absolutely terrible. I've taken her to about 8 appointments and 4 or 5 times we have left without seeing a doctor or nurse because the staff can't get their act together. I tried to call the office manager today when my grandmother was declined service 30mins after making an emergency appointment. She was told she would have to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor....did I mention it was an emergency visit? The front office had me on hold for 15mins before I hung up.
