  • This is kinda tuff because of how much I love ULTA BEAUTY itself. I just moved here from CA to AZ and walked in there for the first time to get my monthly products band I was really disappointed. The staff was either watching me like a bird, or half of them were talking to each other while there was a line of people to check out. I was eye balling the situation hoping maybe someone would catch on. It's so rude. Like your job is so hard ? The place wasn't even stocked up nor was it clean! There was shit just everywhere, not organized, boxes of makeup trembling over eachother and headbands on top of different headbands like a slobs. I hope it's just this location because it's really going to be hard for me to be coming back. It's supposed to be enjoyable. Someone needs to run this place more efficiently considering how cooperative is. If it got audited it would definitely have some strikes.
