This gym is located on the second floor of Loblaws, across from the cooking classroom. It's women's only and quite small but for the size of this place, I think it's very well equipped. I only come here once a week on Sunday afternoons so I can't really comment on how this gym is when it gets busy but it has everything you'd want in a gym. There's the cardio section, free weights, and assisted weight machines, a studio and even a TRX section. I'm so happy they added a second squat rack. It's never busy but it's good that this gym knows women are about the booty gain! Classes seem energetic and fun. Some assisted weight machines are duplicated but it just means you don't have to wait for someone to finish their set. Not a whole lot of extra space for stretching especially when there's a class going on. Staff are very approachable and friendly. Due to the smaller size, there's no towel service here but showers still available. I enjoy coming here on a weekly basis because there's no judgement- everyone's just focused on working on themselves.
